New Member Orientations
As a new member you will receive a complimentary,
custom program, developed for you by one of our experienced trainers.
These appointments are more than just a fitness assessment. You will
be scheduled for 3 training sessions, during which a trainer will explain
the components of a well developed, basic exercise program. We help
you understand how to increase your level of fitness and have fun doing
it!
Personal Training
Whether you are a beginner who needs more than the orientation to
get you started, or an experienced fitness person who wants a fresh
program an additional motivation, our certified trainers can guide
you through an effective and targeted workout. These individualized
programs are creatively designed to inspire you and teach you how
to avoid plateaus in your quest to increase strength, toning, conditioning,
or decrease body fat. See any staff person for details on rates for ½ hour
and hour-long sessions.
Nutritional Counseling
Are you exercising and not seeing results? Do you
have hypertension, high cholesterol, heart disease or digestive issues?
Nutritional counseling guides you to achieve your ideal weight, reduce
your cholesterol, and assist in the prevention and elimination of many
health issues.
Nutritionist Joanne Gordon will provide you with guidelines and a
structured plan which has been tailored to your individual needs. She
